Payment Information

Many minor traffic violations may be settled prior to the court date by payment of a fine and costs in compliance with the established fee schedule. If the fine/costs are paid prior to the court date, a court appearance is not necessary. If you receive 2 or more traffic citations, your appearance will be court required.

A ticket may be paid in person at the Court Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., by mail, or online. Mailed payments must include the ticket copy signed by the defendant on the back and dated.

Payments can be made using cash, money order/cashier’s check, or debit/credit cards. Please be advised all debit/credit payments will be assessed a 3.5% processing fee. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED. DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL. Partial payments may only be made in person as ordered by the Municipal Judge.
