Municipal Court
Welcome to the Gardendale Municipal Court Website. Gardendale Municipal Court has jurisdiction over traffic and parking violations, municipal ordinance violations, and misdemeanor offenses. The Municipal Court provides: administrative support to the judicial branch of city government, case docketing, case management, sentence monitoring, court fines collection and case load reporting. The Gardendale Municipal Court Judge, Prosecutor, and staff strive to ensure citizens and users of the Gardendale Municipal Court fair, impartial, and efficient service in as comfortable of an environment as possible. The Court is responsible for answering only procedural type questions that are court related and does not give any legal advice. Gardendale Municipal Court sessions are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month.
Payment Review Court sessions are held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
- Individuals on the Partial Payment Plan need to pay their partial payments prior to noon on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
Court dates are subject to change by the court. Court cases cannot be rescheduled the day of court and messages left will not serve as an excuse for court. Please note and review your traffic citation and/or your jail release paperwork as they will reflect your assigned court date and time.
