Memorial motorcycle ride to honor Jimmy Ray Cain and other 1983 Beirut bombing victims

On Saturday, November 2nd, a memorial motorcycle ride to honor 1983 Beirut bombing victims made its first stop at the Veterans Memorial Park in Gardendale. Jimmy Ray Cain, who was from Gardendale, was honored with a wreath-laying ceremony at the site.

The event began at Black Creek Park in Fultondale, November 2nd, at 8:45 a.m. with songs, remarks and a prayer. The memorial ride began at 9:45 a.m.
