Planning & Zoning Commission
The Planning & Zoning Commission meets on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, located at 925 Main Street, Gardendale, AL 35071.
Rezoning, Resurvey, Conditional Use and Annexation applications, accompanied by required documentation, must be submitted at least 21 calendar days prior to the meeting date. Subdivision applications, accompanied by required documentation, must be submitted at least 24 days prior to the meeting date. Deadlines are strictly enforced and failure to meet these submission dates will result in delay of your application being processed and heard.
