The City of Gardendale Inspection Services department inspects and approves all construction work performed within in the city limits.
Please call our office (205) 631-1708 during regular business hours to schedule inspections. Inspection Services requires at least 24 hours for all inspections. The scheduling clerk will require the permit number and job address before an inspection can be scheduled.
A qualified City of Gardendale inspector will be dispatched to the appropriate job site at the scheduled time. The inspector will document the approval or disapproval of the work performed and, if disapproved, will leave a correction notice on the site listing deficiency.
